This Cancellation & No-Show Policy applies to transportation reservations made with Daniel’s Limousine. By making or confirming a reservation, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation, no-show, and related charges described below.

1. Sedan and SUV Reservations

2. Sprinter Van and Stretch Limousine Reservations

3. How Cancellation Time Is Determined

The cancellation deadline is measured from the scheduled pickup time shown on the confirmed reservation.

A cancellation becomes effective when Daniel’s Limousine receives the cancellation request through an authorized communication method and is able to reasonably identify the reservation.

Customers should provide their name, reservation information, pickup date and time, and any other information reasonably requested to identify the booking.

4. Cancellation Requests

Customers should cancel as soon as they know transportation is no longer required.

A cancellation is not considered confirmed merely because a Customer attempted to call, text, email, or leave a message. Customers are responsible for obtaining confirmation that the cancellation was received.

Daniel’s Limousine may provide cancellation confirmation by text message, email, telephone, or another reasonable communication method.

5. No-Show Definition

A reservation may be considered a no-show when the chauffeur arrives at the confirmed pickup location at or reasonably near the scheduled pickup time and the passenger:

A no-show may be charged at 100% of the applicable reservation amount.

6. Waiting Time

For non-airport and non-cruise pickups, the first 15 minutes of applicable waiting time are generally included.

After the included waiting period:

Waiting-time charges may continue until the passenger enters the vehicle, the reservation is cancelled, or the reservation is reasonably treated as a no-show.

7. Airport and Cruise Pickups

Airport and cruise pickups are handled differently because flight arrival times, baggage claim, customs, terminal access, cruise disembarkation, port congestion, and other factors can affect pickup timing.

Standard per-minute waiting charges described above do not automatically apply to airport or cruise pickups.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight, cruise, terminal, and contact information and for communicating significant itinerary changes as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes

When accurate flight information has been provided, Daniel’s Limousine may monitor flight status and reasonably adjust an airport pickup when operationally possible.

Flight monitoring does not guarantee that every delay, diversion, cancellation, terminal change, or schedule modification will be detected.

Customers remain responsible for notifying Daniel’s Limousine of material travel changes whenever possible.

9. Customer-Caused Delays

Delays caused by the Customer or passengers, including late departure, failure to be ready, incorrect pickup information, unplanned stops, or inability to locate passengers, may result in waiting-time or other applicable charges.

10. Reservation Changes

A request to change the date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, service duration, or other material reservation term is subject to availability.

If a requested change cannot reasonably be accommodated, cancellation of the original reservation may remain subject to the cancellation schedule in effect for that reservation.

A change is not effective until confirmed by Daniel’s Limousine.

11. Same-Day or Last-Minute Reservations

A reservation made within the applicable cancellation window may become subject to the corresponding cancellation charge once the reservation is accepted.

For example, a Sedan reservation accepted less than one hour before pickup may become non-refundable once confirmed because it was booked inside the 100% cancellation-charge period.

12. Company Cancellations

If Daniel’s Limousine cancels a confirmed reservation and is unable to provide the reserved transportation or a reasonably comparable substitute, the Customer will not be charged a cancellation fee for the Company-initiated cancellation.

This does not apply when service is refused or terminated because of passenger misconduct, unsafe conditions caused by the Customer, inaccurate material booking information, illegal activity, or another Customer breach of the Terms & Conditions.

13. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Daniel’s Limousine may modify, delay, or cancel service when reasonably necessary because of severe weather, flooding, road closures, accidents, government restrictions, airport or port shutdowns, mechanical emergencies, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any charges or refunds in such circumstances will be determined based on the services actually provided, the circumstances involved, and applicable law.

14. Payment Authorization for Cancellation and No-Show Charges

By making a reservation and accepting the applicable Payment & Card Authorization Policy, the Customer authorizes Daniel’s Limousine to charge the payment method associated with the reservation for cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, and other authorized amounts that become due under the reservation and applicable policies.

Daniel’s Limousine may maintain records supporting such charges, including reservation confirmations, timestamps, communications, chauffeur records, pickup information, and policy acceptance records.

15. Refunds

Any refund due under this Policy will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method when practical.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the Customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.

16. Charge Disputes

Customers who believe a cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, or other reservation charge was applied incorrectly are encouraged to contact Daniel’s Limousine promptly so the reservation records can be reviewed.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights a Customer may have under applicable law or card-network rules.

17. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy is incorporated into and should be read together with Daniel’s Limousine’s:

If a confirmed reservation contains a specific cancellation term that differs from this general Policy, the specifically confirmed reservation term will control to the extent permitted by law.

18. Changes to This Policy

Daniel’s Limousine may update this Policy from time to time. The version applicable to a reservation is generally the version presented or in effect when that reservation is confirmed.
